Position Title: Field Executive / Site Visit Coordinator

Experience Required: 2 Years of relevant experience in Field Operations / Real Estate Site Visits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand) + Travel Allowance / Commission
Location: Knowledge Park 5, Greater Noida. Working Hours: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are hiring active, goal-driven Field Executives to handle property site visits, client meetings, and local field surveys. You will be responsible for guiding clients through properties, answering site-specific questions, and assisting in closing real estate deals in and around Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities :
* Conduct site visits with prospective buyers, presenting properties and explaining project features.
* Coordinate with the telecalling team to receive leads and manage site appointment schedules.
* Develop a deep knowledge of surrounding real estate projects, local infrastructure, and pricing trends.
* Assist clients with documentation procedures during project site visits.
* Maintain relationships with local channel partners, brokers, and property owners.
* Submit daily field visit reports and updates to the sales manager.
Requirements & Skills:
* Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree.
* 2 years of proven field sales or field operations experience (Real Estate background preferred).
* Must possess a valid Driving License and a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) for field movements
* Good local area knowledge of Greater Noida, Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Target-driven with a hands-on approach to outdoor field tasks.
